Dag 5: Verdiepen

  • repeat; apply the Gordon skills to personal examples

  • increase productive work time

 

Location and schedule

The training location is near Amsterdam or at a central location elsewhere in the Netherlands. The location is always near a forest, park or beach to allow for outside activities. Effective Leadership comprises eight half-day sessions, in-company or open registration. Usually the training takes four days from 09:30 - 17:00, including lunch. Additionally there will be a return day to exchange experience and put the final dots on the i.

 

Dates:

Friday February 11 & 18 and March 4 & 11 2022

Thursday and Friday April 7 & 8 April and May 12 & 13 2022

 

Lunch and refreshments

On training days there will be a healthy, varied and tasteful lunch. Let me know if you have any allergies so I can discuss with the caterer. During the day there will be plenty of coffee/tea/juice and other refreshments.

 

Preparation and homework

During training days we will make optimal use of time to practise the skills. Therefore you will be asked to do some reading ahead, so we can quickly go through the theory. New skills need time to wear in. Hence you will often be given an exercise to practice at work and at home.

 

Materials and certificate

Participants will receive a workbook and Thomas Gordon's book Leadership Effectiveness Training. Participants that have passed the full training program will receive a certificate of participation.
